Hướng dẫn chạy app trên server mới

1) Copy thư mục /Users/macbook/.openclaw/workspace/haru-demo sang máy mới
2) Mở Terminal và chạy:
cd /Users/macbook/.openclaw/workspace/haru-demo
python3 -m http.server 8787
3) Mở trình duyệt: http://<IP_MÁY_MỚI>:8787
4) (Tuỳ chọn) Auto-start: tạo file launchd tương tự com.haru.demo.plist

1) Nguồn dữ liệu
- Google Sheet/CSV → sync tạo cards-*.html, detail-*.json, reminders-*.json (theo tháng).
- LocalStorage: haru_local_jobs, haru_hidden_jobs, haru_paid_roles, haru_job_status_photo, haru_job_status_video, haru_staff_profiles, haru_manual_transactions, haru_reminder_extras, haru_history.

2) App & Server
- App tĩnh: HTML/CSS/JS trong /haru-demo.
- API sync: sync_api.py (Flask).
- Online: Google Cloud Run (service haru-wedding).
- Link online: https://haru-wedding-449309210483.asia-southeast1.run.app

3) Google Cloud
- Project: haru-wedding-app-2

4) Backup

5) Lệnh chuẩn
- Deploy Cloud Run:

gcloud run deploy haru-wedding --source /Users/macbook/.openclaw/workspace/haru-demo --region asia-southeast1 --allow-unauthenticated

- Sync thủ công: chạy sync_haru.sh
- Backup tay: chạy backup_gcs.sh

6) Tài khoản
- Google account hiện dùng: haru.jpx@gmail.com
- Login app: admin haruwedding / Haru@12345
